I placed an order through the app for drive-thru pickup, but what they don’t mention is that you still have to wait for all the regular drive-thru orders ahead of you, so ordering online doesn’t save any time at all. At the speaker, my order was confirmed, and I ended up waiting about 15-20 minutes for the cars in front of me to move. When I finally reached the window, no one attended to me for another 5 minutes (my food should have been ready by then), and then they asked me to pay for my meal again. Once they realized I didn’t need to pay, I waited another 5 minutes while they searched for my order. When I got home, I discovered that an entire sandwich was missing from my order. I was hopi...
The flatbread pizza and warm bowl were decent, which is why I’m giving this place two stars. However, I ordered a dozen and a half bagels, and they provided me with the skinniest and least appealing ones I've ever seen. I've never encountered bagels like this at Panera before. I'm really disappointed.
