"I love panera, but this place needs to improve the drive-thru maintenance process. if a particular order needs more time and keeps the line, and then they should redirect these cars to a certain waiting area until their orders are finished. keeping all cars in the drive is ridiculous."

Update 2/22: not sure what's happened here (staff burnout? , but the quality has dropped significantly. I attached photos of my latest meal I ordered. I have to note visually check all my to go orders. Got a tuna sandwich, only thing there was no tuna , they smeared a bit on top of the bread, but it's void in the sandwich. 4 ppl behind the counter, and not one person caught anything. I like to give bento m benefit of the doubt, ordered again that evening, simple pizza, this had a total of 4 tomatoes in it. Like the other reviewers, I tried to call and can't get hold of anyone. 12/21: I have to start taking photos of my food . Everything I have ordered always tastes and looks incredibly fresh...

Terrible service. Ordered for rapid pick on two occasions both times it to look an additional 15-20 minutes beyond the time the app said it would be ready. The staff had 0 urgency in getting orders ready And the sandwiches were sloppily put together and difficult to eat without making a mess. The second time they gave my food to someone else and didnt bother to acknowledge the mistake or apologize for the extra wait

I know it’s been said but I felt the need to repeat it. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive through line for a coffee. I couldn’t go inside because I had a sleeping kid in the car and am not comfortable leaving her in the car even for a minute. Other places have spaces for people with large orders to pull into. I understand the whole country is short staffed but surely this could be more efficient?

I was disappointed the last time I visited. They were missing items from the menu. I wanted to eat inside but it was really a challenge finding a clean table. Then I suppose they ran out of dishes because even though I was eating inside my food all came in take out packages. I will say my food was tasty and the employees were friendly, they just need to take care of some areas that were neglected.
