The manager is very rude and unprofessional. He said it?s already a deal so we can?t take manes off. I don?t know what taking. We did an online order and requested no mayonnaise because we are allergic. When we went to pick up the sandwiches the managertold us that it was already a deal. But highly recommend not visiting this location. They are extremely rude condescending andnot willing to work with the customers. Would rather drive to Pasadena where there are nice and accommodating and professional.10 out of 10 do not recommend. Do not visit this location do not do online orders.
As usual, in my opinion, the food is very good and the menu selection is amazing. The pumpkin squash soup special was as good as I've ever had anywhere in the best of restaurants. And I love the toasted bagel with chicken salad. Unfortunately the place wasbusy and the kitchen staff must have been overworked because we waited 30 minutes for our order. The atmosphere is fine, nothingfancy, but certainly comfortable and more attractive than just rows of tables. Panera is one of my favorite places.
I haven't visited in a while! My favorite dish is the Mac and Cheese sandwich. The chicken soup was slightly saltier than I remember, but still delicious! You can choose between bread or chips as part of your meal, which is a nice touch. As for the tomato soup, it's a bit too thick and sweet for my taste, but that's just my personal preference. Overall, the portion sizes are quite generous. Plus, parking is easy since it's located in a plaza!
Have the sip club, plain iced tea is usually my beverage of choice but here it tastes slightly tropical, not sure if it's lazy cleaning procedure or if someone decided to be special and do their own thing. Pretty disappointing and gross, if they want tooffer flavored iced tea that's fine just label it as such. And the coffee is too weak to be enjoyable.

Great place to go for soup and sandwiches, love their baguette but not so much for their onion soup. Customer service is okay at this location, perhaps due to the short of staff nowadays, plenty of parking and there are lots of stores in that plaza to walkaround after eating.
It is a great place to eat or go out, but you need to go there early so you can beat the crowd. Food is really good and not expensive. My experience was in Monrovia West Covina. Enjoy
We had a fantastic time at Panera Bread. Sitting on the terrace with our puppies was a real treat. The food was fresh, tasty, and the view was amazing.
Service of good and fast. The food was delicious as usual. The restaurant was quite crowded at noon, but there were plenty of seats.
