It's been a while since I was eating in a panera. It's not her fault, there were some problems I had medically. Things are getting better now and I can have their food once more. My kids wanted to get stuff and I agreed to get a sandwich. I ordered in the app for pickup and between us we have a good selection of articles. We didn't get drinks on this occasion as I brought it home for us. I love their teas and so, but I can't have any caffeine in my diet so I can't enjoy them anymore. The sandwiches tend to be big enough where I eat half of them and save the other half for later what works well for me. She handled the mud box with her gloves, making a mess, and then after taking off her gloves, she didn’t wash her hands before putting on a new pair and touching our food. She didn’t wear a name tag or ask for our names when taking our order. Later, when we visited the winding room, we found dirty napkins and containers without lids. The tea containers were mixed up, causing both the passion fruit green tea and the citrus tea to be served warm. The entire experience was very unpleasant.

The drive-thru was closed, so I went inside to place my order and ended up waiting 15 minutes for a small mac and cheese. The service was terrible. One employee seemed to be focused solely on stirring soup. I was frustrated and spoke with someone who appeared to be the supervisor. She was quite rude, saying there were larger orders ahead of mine. It seemed like the staff had little experience working in a fast food environment and didn’t know how to manage the situation effectively.
Just wow. Breakfast was delicious! They were out of lettuce at 11am which was sad but their sandwiches and cookies were so good! The employees were also really nice. The cinnamon crunch latte was amazing and I?m not even a fan of that cereal lol. It was all around a great breakfast spot.
Great, fresh, tasty and cheap. We went to breakfast as a family of 4 and we all had a freshly made breakfast sandwich with one fruit bell each. So good. Great way to start the day and if you like me not a fan of sitting in the air con ask the time they have a lot of seat in the sun out.
Great experience! I stopped here while traveling to the Disney area. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean, and the full menu was available. They had all the drinks, the food tasted great, and service was quick. Plus, the drive-thru was open.
