It’s been a while, having visited a Panera location, got a gift card here from a friend and decided to bring the partner, niece and nephew. Ordered – halfsies; Chinese chicken salad, tomato soup w a baguette. Chicken avocado sando with turkey chili, kids size mac n cheese with chips and cheese flat bread. Total came out to about $55 but with the gift card $25 out the door which wasn’t bad for all that food! The customer service was superb, the only thing this location needs to work on is I think people come in and actually steal others food or the workers are not paying attention to who grabs the food. I want to highlight an important issue I've experienced: some of the drinks at this location taste terrible, as if they’re spoiled. If you visit the restaurant on Brand and California in Glendale, be prepared for the drinks to be unpleasant. This has happened to me four times over the past year, with the drinks tasting like nothing more than soda and water. Don't get me wrong—the staff is friendly, and the food remains good. It's just the drinks that are consistently disappointing.
I had a frustrating experience at this Panera. They purposely didn’t have any working plugs available for customers. The only functioning outlets were located in a room they called the "sun room," which they wanted to charge for, even if there was no reservation. It feels like they might be struggling financially and are looking for more ways to extract money from customers. I've never encountered this at a Panera before.
Spacious interior with a small patio. Service is friendly, but there is a feeling of being profiled as a low income or homeless customer. Their power outlets are off, seemingly to discourage these types of people from coming and sitting for any extended period how can really tell who is who as a customer. You can't! Expect to see the manger(s) patrolling around.

This place is a dump and makes Glendale look bad. 99% of the outlets don’t work. Management doesn’t care and it’s been like this for ages. When I asked for the restroom code, the worker just mumbled it and kept walking, didn’t even stop or look at me.
The best cinnamon crunch bagel ever! Love their coffee and green iced tea! they have a real healthy food choices!
Always the best... Got my booster, went for a walk, was comforted with the good warm healthy choices at Panera!
