Whoever is in charge of operations here should be thoroughly embarrassed. I visited on a Saturday around 1 PM and placed an order using their kiosk, which promised a text notification when my food would be ready. Like other Panera locations, they have an electronic board to show the status of orders. However, I didn't see my name listed. After speaking with some other patrons, it became clear that their names were missing too, regardless of whether they ordered through the kiosk or at the counter. It seemed like the board was only showing orders made via the app.

It’s not the greatest Panera bread I’ve ever seen. The steak was really tough and it wasn’t cooked well. I also asked for extra cheese and they didn’t give it. Staff were ok but nothing special. The restaurant was really dirty and nothing was done about it.Vegetarian options: It’s got some vegetarian options but it’s not specially made for vegetarian options.Parking: There’s a lot, but it’s kind of messed up, but there’s a decent amount of spots. If I could give this location a zero I would! This is the most inept and depressing Panera i 've ever been to! I travel for work and have been to Panera 's throughout New England. I 've been to this one twice in the past year ... but never again!!! Both times As the second person in line I waited almost 10 minutes to finally get my order placed. The customer service is dreadful... never have more than one cashier on and they are slow as molasses.The parking lot is a dangerous disaster area. The food was just meh , and I seriously question their hygiene food practices.. as there were obvious greasy fingerprints on the dishware I received. I would expect alot better in a place like Hanover.
I really enjoy Panera Bread; the atmosphere and overall experience are quite pleasant. However, the staff member serving my food was adamant that my order was correct, yet when I asked for clarification, he didn’t make any eye contact or properly check my meal. Improving communication and being more attentive could enhance customer satisfaction. It’s a minor issue but one that might affect their business. Additionally, my sandwich had an excessive amount of onions—10 on one half and 12 on the other. The menu offers great options, but attention to detail in preparation would make the experience even better.

I usually enjoy Panera Bread and often visit different locations, which is always a great experience. However, at this particular location, I ordered a Pick Two with a baguette side around 4:45 pm when the restaurant was empty. I had to wait quite a while and even had to check to ensure my order went through the kiosk. Unfortunately, the sandwich was terrible—just a burnt, thrown-together mess. The French onion soup was cold, lacked a spoon, and had no croutons. The baguette was stale. This isn’t a good Panera Bread location, and it left much to be desired compared to the rest of their menu.
Ordered food for the first time and I got the Asian chicken salad but as I took a bite the chicken was SLIMY…!! And smelled like rotten meat I looked through the salad and all the chicken was bad I called to let them know just to be told I was lying then when I offered to bring it back and show them the spoiled meat he talked to me like a loser DO BETTER PANERA YOUR COMPANY IS SELLING ROTTEN CHICKEN…!!! The service was good but the food was terrible
Absolutely the worst grilled cheese sandwich I've ever had. It came on overly processed, thick Texas toast that was barely toasted—not grilled at all. It was just unappetizing and felt like a total ripoff. The tomato soup was okay but lacked flavor. Overall, it was a very pricey lunch for my family and me, especially considering the food was well below average. The only silver lining was sitting next to the fireplace.
I would rate this place 5 stars, but I find their bowl of oat flour to be overpriced, especially when ordered plain with no toppings. They don't even provide a complimentary piece of toast! Who eats oat flour without toast? On top of that, the portion size is quite small.
