It's been a while since my last visit to a Panera, and unfortunately, this experience was underwhelming. The staff at the counter seemed more interested in chatting with each other than acknowledging customers. I get that it can be hectic, so I decided to place my order through the app, which was well-organized. However, my bowl of soup, although flavorful, was quite overpriced and shallow—less than an inch deep. To top it off, the tables and floors were not clean. Manager, I urge you to take pride in your restaurant and inspire your employees to do the same! I left feeling disappointed and disheartened, as I used to really enjoy coming here.
The customer service has been good, but the food has always been disappointing. We've attempted to give it several chances, and either Panera has really altered the quality of their ingredients or recipes, or this location simply doesn't adhere to the standards. The sandwiches are poorly made and barely filled. I've visited several Panera locations, and this one is definitely the worst.
Today, I ordered the Strawberry Fields salad with chicken, and it was very disappointing. There was hardly any chicken, and the small amount included looked unappetizing and slimy. To top it off, after getting a partial refund through DoorDash, I found a blue rubber glove hidden in my salad. I honestly couldn't have made this up if I tried.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have Been to this location numerous times and every time they seem to mess up my order, today was the icing on the cake. I got a cream cheese bagel to-go in the drive thru and when I got home and opened my food there was a bag with cream cheese in it and no bagel. Not much more to say.

I had a large and very filling sandwich, and I saved half for the next day! The vanilla latte was excellent. I've also enjoyed the Fuji apple salad. I really loved the chocolate chip and blueberry scones, which I freeze for later!
The food was fantastic, and the cooks did an excellent job. However, my experience was marred by a rude worker named Eduardo, whose unpleasant demeanor and attitude really took away from the overall enjoyment.
I came here with my sister to enjoy an evening treat. Rory took our order took genuine interest in our trip together out here to NJ from MI. He made our experience really special
This place is horrible. Staff don't know what their doing. Could care less that customers are waiting 30 minutes for a simple salad!! Your not that busy back there! ZERO stars.

The cashier was excellent! However, they did turn off the lights while we were still eating and even put out the fireplace. Surprisingly, it didn't make us feel rushed, though.
The customer service was outstanding—friendly and attentive. The food was both delicious and nutritious.
