I had so many problems with wrong orders at this place, missing food, and the last two times I ordered a quick pick-up I ordered a single spinat artichoke soufflé and the last two times they gave me a spinat and bacon. I'm not a vegetarian, but I hate the spinat and the speck. I can't fix the problem because I'm working halfway away in the time I recognize the error. I went through the drive thru on 4/8 at 9:15am and ordered a honey ginseng tea. The tea was poured all over my hand as I reached out to get it. She apologized and handed me a new tea, I had to ask for a cup of ice to put my hand in. 20 minutes after I got home 3 blisters started to form on my hand so I decided I should probably fill out an incident report just in case. I visited the restaurant yesterday at 3 o'clock. Unfortunately, the chef did not pay attention to my tomato allergy. I had to inquire with the person preparing the food about the sandwich containing tomatoes. He mentioned that he was unaware of the allergy. He had to remake my sandwich by removing the tomatoes from a pre-made bag and placing it on my sandwich. As a result, my lettuce and other toppings sat in a bag next to my sandwich that had tomatoes. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication regarding allergies. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant in the future.

The tables are consistently dirty, and the employees seem disorganized. The menu on the website is not accurately updated, leading to confusion about available items. The prices are high for the subpar quality of food and service.
I recently visited Panera Bread and was disappointed with the quality of their chipotle chicken bacon flatbread pizza. The portion size has decreased significantly, with minimal toppings and no chipotle flavor. Despite enjoying this dish in the past, my family and I are no longer willing to pay the increased price for such a lackluster meal. I hope to see improvements in the future.
The food here is okay. It's quite a popular spot so expect a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. The ingredients are fresh.
I had my favorite some ginger tea with honey and a cinnamon crunch bagel there is nothing like it. Loved it
