I ordered the teriyaki chicken and broccoli dish, but unfortunately, it wasn't presented as it appeared on the menu. While all the main ingredients were present, the dish looked disheveled and unappetizing. I had also ordered a lock, and although the app notified me that my order was ready after waiting about 10 minutes, I still had to ask for it. I'm not too upset, as this seems to be a common issue these days. However, meals should be served looking as appealing as they do on the menu!
I dined at this restaurant for the first time and was extremely pleased. The parking lot was well-maintained, and the dining area was exceptionally clean. You have the option to order at the counter with a cashier or use the self-serve kiosk, and the waiting area was easy to locate. The screen displaying order statuses was clear and easy to read. My order was prepared quickly, the staff was friendly, and my meal was made accurately. I highly recommend this location.
I ordered Panera tonight and once I had returned home I realized part of my sandwich order was incorrect. It happens. When I called they were very polite about having a new sandwich ready for me and when I arrived they had it ready and they even had an extra treat in my bag! I appreciate the professionalism and good customer service! As far as the food, it’s always good!

I had a disappointing experience during my visit. My order was misplaced twice, and the spinach in my salad was wilted and had an unappealing creamy texture. It was far from enjoyable, and when I asked the kitchen staff to fix my unsatisfactory salad, they had a bit of an attitude. I usually love Panera, but I will not be coming back to this location again.
My experience was good; I ordered takeout. The Chef Chicken Sandwich was excellent, though I think it's a bit overpriced at $11. The sandwich itself was delicious and I would definitely order it again, especially with its flavorful sauce. Panera on Dutchman's Lane is always bustling; they seem to be doing quite well.
Always a reliable choice! They really excel at maintaining social distancing. There are sanitizing stations available for your convenience. The food is prepared quickly, and the staff is friendly. The selection is fantastic, with plenty of options for vegetarians, vegans, and those needing gluten-free meals!
choose another location. 30 minute drive thru wait despite only being the 7th person in line. my signature chicken sandwich was actually a spicy chicken sandwich that was severely burned, black spots on the bun.
