This was my first visit to Panera, and I had a great experience. The staff at the counter were friendly and allowed me plenty of time to decide on my order. They offered four different soup options, and I chose a small soup along with a half sandwich to enjoy in the restaurant. I was happy to see that they used real utensils instead of plastic, which I appreciate. My food was served on an oval melamine platter, making it easy to manage and eliminating the need for a tray, which helps reduce waste and is better for the environment. Although I didn’t use the restroom, so I can’t comment on that, I had a wonderful time overall and look forward to returning in the future.
I understand that experiences can differ across locations, but I had a great visit to this Panera. The place was quite clean, and the avocado on the chicken sandwiches was always fresh and green, never brown. I also really appreciate when the manager steps in to take orders at the counter during busy times or when staff members need a break.
I visited this restaurant intending to grab a drink, but there was no staff at the counter. The women in the food prep area completely overlooked me, which was quite frustrating. I suggest opting for the McDonald's drive-thru instead; at least they acknowledge you there.
The restaurant offers a charming atmosphere, featuring a relaxed and welcoming crowd. The staff is polite, and the food is mostly quite good, although the fruity drinks and lemonade could use some improvement. Overall, it's a positive experience.

Panera Bread may be a bit pricey for a breakfast sandwich, but you're paying for the quality of the ingredients. I highly recommend choosing sourdough bread for any sandwich on their menu.
I was really disappointed with my green smoothies from Panera Bread. I understand that prices on the menu have gone up, but at $6.39, the quality should match the price.
Transaction issues aside, Super simplifies the ordering process for coffee, drinks, and food. The fantastic selection of music truly enhanced our overall experience.
A quick stop for a meal. I ordered the creamy tomato soup and a salad, and the service was fast. The staff was friendly, too!
