We frequently visit this restaurant and generally find the service to be quite good. Occasionally, there are mix-ups with our orders, but the staff always offers an apology and a friendly smile. Today, David was exceptional behind the counter! He made eye contact while talking to us, smiled warmly, and called out our order in a cheerful voice when it was ready. Thank you, David—service like this will definitely bring us back!
The food at this Panera is always enjoyable. However, I want to highlight one of the employees, Grant. I've never experienced such excellent customer service in a fast-casual setting! He ensured that everything was running smoothly and kept the area clean at all times, all while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. It was refreshing to witness such strong work ethic in a young person!
I have only eaten here, and the food is so good that it makes me want to slap your grandma! The chicken pinini and cheddar broccoli soup are a must-try!
