I believe there's an issue at this location. The Hicksville branch seems to operate much more professionally. Are all the branches franchised or company-operated? Every time I visit the East Meadow location, there's a line because they either have only one cashier or none at all! I decided to give this restaurant another try after quite a long break, but I was left disappointed. My $15.50 barbecue grilled chicken salad was about half the size of a salad from Wendy's. My $9 bowl of chili resembled a humorously small ice cream cup, without even a wooden spoon. It looked more like a vegetable minestrone soup with mostly broth and just ten beans. Charge NYC/San Francisco prices for a tea spoon of meat on the sandwich. This place is worse than chipotle with price to proration size. Sandwiches are kindergarten size at premium prices. This location constantly screws up orders. Sandwiches come out the opposite of what you order. Add the stuff that should be omitted and leave out the stuff that should be on the sandwich. The whole idea of RAPID PICK UP is to eliminate waiting in line, which is why it’s called rapid pick up. However, every time I visit this location, there seems to be only one staff member at the register. This person is expected to handle ringing up customers while also preparing drinks for the rapid pick ups. This situation is unfair to both the employee and the customers. If RAPID PICK UPS are kept behind the counter to prevent theft (which is what I was told), then there should be another person dedicated to handing them off so that we don’t have to wait. Decided to give it ago . After a long break . My $15.50 barbeque grilled chicken salad was like half size of a wendys . My lol 9$ bowl of chilli looks like its in a good humor ice cream cup 'minus the wooden spoon. Looks like a vegetable minestorne with nothing but broth and like 10 beans . I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The Cobb salad was quite small and was lacking in chicken, avocado, and eggs. Even the dressing was sparse. The Napa almond chicken salad was mostly bread and not very fulfilling. In the end, my meal cost me $48.00. I do not intend to return to this restaurant.
I give Panera 5 stars! The food was fantastic, and the customer service was even better. A special thank you to the kind lady who gave my son a cookie—it's people like you who make these places thrive. Keep up the great work!

I really like this location. The staff was pretty helpful with picking a meal. I had the new spicy chicken sandwich and it was so good. I'll be back.
Tried this place two times in a row. Both times around 8 am. You would expect fresh bread served with your food. Not the case.
