Our soups sat on the counter getting cold while our buzzer never went off. After a while, I went up to ask about it, and Amy told me they had been waiting there, but we didn't hear our name called. What’s the point of the buzzer then? Eventually, we received our soups, but the bagel never arrived. I asked to speak with Amy about our experience and to request a refund. She didn’t even engage in a conversation; instead, she simply dropped off a bagel and gave me $1.75 as a refund for the bagel, even though a bagel and cream cheese before tax costs $2.35. It’s not about the money—it's about the principle. It's the holiday season; kindness towards both staff and customers should be the priority.

Tried to get help on my delivery and Amy (manager) answered the phone. I was asking simple questions because I was confused but she was rude on the phone saying there’s nothing she could do since the deliveries are through door dash. When I tried to tell her the correct address she got rude and loud to talk over me. I don’t recommend this establishment. I eventually figured out my order myself.

I have never had a positive experience here. I have been trying to contact them for months. I ordered 3 sandwiches, soup and something else. I was very specific as I have food allergies, no pickles and what do they do, pickles on the side of sandwich so I cannot eat it. I called and called and was never able to get in touch with anyone to resolve it. Don't waste your time at this location.

I've always enjoyed coming to Panera, but this is the first time I've encountered a new driver who also works there. I believe her name was Mya, and she was incredibly sweet and efficient. I will definitely be returning, as her pleasant attitude made this visit stand out compared to my previous experiences.

Quality/ value sinking fast. I ordered a You Pick Two and while the salad was fine , the sandwich was a joke. There was just over a tablespoon of chicken salad on the torn bread, the rest was lettuce and tomato. I guess, my only purchases from now on will be an occasional bagel.

Place was just gross. I informed the manager there was no table clean and floor was disgusting. I was told just a moment waited 10 mins clean table off myself and before I left no one never came out to clean.

Great place, one of the nicest bread co I've been too. They many regular customers that come everyday. Its kind of like cheers where everybody knows your name. friendly people

I had a rapid pickup order and ate during my drive to my meeting. The sandwich was ok, but the overpriced food cup was moldy and two days past their own throw out date.
