I spent almost $30 to get a nice meal today before a 12-hr day of class work and later discovered my whole Fuji Apple Salad had no apple chips and no cheese whatsoever. They've messed up my order before but never leaving out an entire 2 ingredients. Usually I love Panera but this makes me want to never come back. I usually order food from this Panera Bread, and the food is generally good. The staff is quick and friendly, but the last time I ordered, my customization request wasn't fulfilled. The bigger issue, however, is how they call out orders. Instead of using names, they simply say things like "iced coffee," which is frustrating when multiple people have the same order. Sometimes they even just say "steak," a popular item, causing several people to rush to the counter, and whoever grabs it first ends up with the food. This is the best dining option available at Busch Campus Center. Although it leans towards the expensive side, it’s almost worth it. The ingredients are fresh, tasty, and healthy. The service is outstanding, too. The manager is a genuinely kind person who takes his job seriously, which is quite rare in the fast food industry. There are kiosks available, making it easy for those of us who like to customize our meals. Don't miss out on their salads!
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Panera Bread. My noodle soup wasn’t heated properly, leaked all over the container and bag, and there were no spoons or forks provided. On top of that, the cashier was not very helpful. After this visit, I’m done with this Panera Bread location and possibly with the Panera menu altogether.
The food is of high quality, but I’ve noticed that about every 8 or 9 visits, something is missing from my order, usually a dessert. Thankfully, the staff is very helpful and resolves the issue quickly whenever it happens.
This is truly one of the best dining experiences you could ask for. The ambiance is delightful, and the staff is remarkable. I particularly want to give a shout-out to a woman named Erin for her excellent service.
