Look at the most recent reviews... look closely there should be a TRENDS section and there you would have it. First, after waiting a LONG time, I got my coffee order of 3 coffees, I realized that they shorted me 2 mediums for 2 larges and made them all the same size. Upon bringing this to their attention, they remade the coffees (or did they) after 10min I got the coffee order with some attitude as well as my mean order (which I did not check). When I got home 15min later... I found out that the coffee was absolutely bland and tasteless, hardly what you expect from a Cinnamon Caramel Crunch (with Whipped Cream) and a Vanilla Late (all decaffeinated). Now, 2 of the drinks were marked decaf on...

I want to give a big shout-out to Dom #2, Zaira, and the rest of the team who came through for me with a last-minute catering order. While I wouldn't suggest putting them in this position on purpose, they truly went above and beyond, delivering exceptional service to prepare everything in time. I had accidentally provided the wrong date on my original order, but the staff at this Panera was outstanding! Thank you so much! My presentation went perfectly, and the food arrived right when I needed it!
I ordered that barbeque chicken sub sandwich with cheese. It's all that can be called is a bunch of cheese on it with a few slices of onions on it. It was the worst sandwich made. I would expect a sub sandwich to have lettuce, tomatoes, and onions at least. Lastly, their kios machine was on the blink. It was operating in guest mode only and I couldn't get my subscriber drink free. Don't think this Panera Bread location has enough help to insure all is working and made properly. I absolutely adore this restaurant! While I'm a fan of Panera as a whole, the Ramsey location is by far my favorite. Regardless of the time I visit, I always have a fantastic experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the food is amazing, and the prices are quite reasonable. I also appreciate the extensive menu options and diverse drink selection. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and there's no rush to have you leave. Overall, I would give them an A!
I would give zero stars for the service and atmosphere if I could. First, they forgot half of our order. Then, the staff was quite rude while I was waiting. I understand that everyone has off days, but this particular employee shouldn’t be in customer service. They didn’t provide any spoons or forks, and my grilled cheese wasn’t properly cooked. The mac and cheese had an unpleasant texture. I will not be returning to this place again.
Panera hardly seems like fast food. Whether it is one of their signature chicken sandwiches, or my favorite the grill cheese combo, it always feels like a healthy alternative to traditional fast food. Bakery items always seem fresh regardless of if it is pastry or bagel in the morning. Smoothies and their flavored iced teas are refreshingly good.
