I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the behavior of the manager, DJ. It seems DJ may have a troubling approach to customer service, as they openly admitted to threatening both children and adults during their shifts.
DJ refused to serve my daughter and her friends the items they had paid for, and when I requested a refund, DJ became confrontational and aggressive. I had approached the cashier in a calm and polite manner but was suddenly met with DJ, who then made accusations about middle school kids getting kicked out routinely. In fact, DJ even called the police on us, even though we were just a group of 12-year-old girls and their parent.

The bagels are decent, and I always enjoy the soup. The sandwiches are generally good too. However, my favorite aspect of this restaurant is the staff. There's a young brunette who knows my order so well that she usually places it before I even reach the counter. There's also a tattooed young woman who is extremely polite and works diligently to make sure her customers get everything they need. I really hope management appreciates their efforts.
I ordered a Chicken Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt Stacked Toasted Baguette. It was a total disappointment. Instead of stacked it was flat with little of anything on it. The worst sandwich I've ever had there. Does mine on the left look anything like the one on the right from their menu?
I like this place because it is pet friendly, the staff is so friendly in general and they have a variety of foods between healthy and tasty. Also the price is good and the food is always fast

This nice worker named Aaron is so kind. He always says hello to all the kids and is an amazing person. He makes people want to come to panera because he is so nice to be around!
