Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

I had a terrible experience today. it was my first time and will be my last time I go there. I ordered two sandwiches with their kiosk. the first chicken sandwich, I decided to adapt and add avocado, tomato and wobble. these ingredients were placed on the side! I had to put it together! Not to mention the avocado was not even cut. it was just a big piece. what is the point of individualizing a sandwich when they have to put it together. the second sandwich was a chicken salad. it had such a little huh in it. also it didn't cost so much. the manager was rude and I had to wait long to get the food. it wasn't even busy. go elsewhere, not worth aggregation!

50% of time they will miss the order especially during lunch hours. I always order ahead but very often my orders would be gone/missed mysteriously until I talked to the staffs. Last time I ordered in the store on purpose and saw my name showed up on the screen Done and then disappeared on the screen. But my order wasn't there even I waited 5 more minutes! Again I had to talk to the staff for them to find it from the back.Tonight I ordered delivery and the order just never come. Probably won't go back to this store again for some time until they improve.

food was ok but I got the soup and usually you get the bread with it they don’t ask if you want to change the side i expected the bread and got chips with an attitude ridiculous. only 2/5 stars because the food was decent I’ve had better at better locations. Also when you order food the cashier doesn’t let you talk he cuts you off and assumes you’re done ordering

I got half size chicken caesar salads, and my friend got chipotle chicken avo sandwich (customized and took out cilantro). They both come with free sides, so I chose an apple, and my friend got a small bag of chips. I liked my salads. I had it without the dressing, still delicious. I didn't try the sandwich, but it was big and appetizing! Reserva una mesa ahora

this is the only panera I was with a conference room! the room was closed today for publicity while someone worked inside. they have kiosks, but if they have a beverage membership, they still have to go to register as there are no tassen from kiosk. it was very busy, probably the busiest I had.

Had to wait more than 30 minutes for a empty cup for large ice coffee. DO NOT PLACE AN RAPID PICK UP ORDER. Your probably better off just ordering in the store. They just swipe complete for orders and forget about it multiple people waiting very long for orders

happy with eating and service I visited two places but both were standing before 9:30 in soufflés. hopefully this situation can soon be corrected. I chose a cube egg pack with speck and cheese. it was solid, but I preferred the soufflés.

Waited 30 minutes for one simple sandwich, text message notification they say, where? Pick up area, where is mine?Let me ask a staff, oh it’s in the kitchen, after 30 minutes when it’s not even busy in the store. Reserva una mesa ahora

Had a nice day with the family at this location. It’s in a nice outdoor shopping mall. Food is as usual. It’s not the cleanest Location otherwise they get 5 stars.
