Tonight?s experience was like every other one at this Panera location?. GREAT! We normally use the drive-thru but this time I needed to use the restroom inside so we ordered online for pickup. The restroom btw was clean, well stocked, and easy to find.Ordering online through the Panera app is always quick and easy. Our favorite menu picks include the Grilled cheese which can becustomized! Any of the offered soups accompanied by their frozen caramel coffee drinks. And their charged lemonades are packedwith caffeine and taste great. I had a $3 gift card, so I ordered a large Madagascar cold brew coffee with light ice online for pick-up inside. However, when I arrived, I received a small instead. I pointed this out and suggested they could just pour it into a larger cup and add more coffee. Maybe the staff didn't hear me, but the drink came out unshaken and clearly not with light ice, indicating it was remade.
I’ll give three stars because the flavor was good, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. Why do they have to be so unpleasant on a Monday morning at Panera Bread? I ordered a cold brew, and instead of simply confirming, the employee stressed that it was a FROZEN cold brew. Seriously? Do they even have another kind of cold brew? The rest of the week, the other staff members are nice and friendly, but starting the week with attitude is a poor way to treat customers—especially with a Starbucks right next door. I hope they improve because the menu has a lot to offer.
I order from here quite often because I enjoy their food. However, the service could use significant improvement. I specifically requested a sandwich without lettuce, a salad with extra dressing, and utensils for a pickup order. Unfortunately, they didn’t remove the lettuce, didn’t provide any utensils, and there wasn’t any extra dressing for the salad. This has been a recurring issue.

The staff were friendly, and I appreciated that they didn't chop up my salad, which can be frustrating. However, I feel like people really let you down sometimes. The amount of chicken in my meal was quite disappointing. It seems like we’re all expected to accept having less while still paying a lot of money for it.
The Broccoli Cheddar Soup and salad are consistently great, but the Margherita Flatbread Pizza was terrible. There was barely any cheese or basil on it. It tasted like a cheap $5 frozen microwave pizza. I ended up throwing it away.
The sandwich was prepared incorrectly, and there wasn't even any bacon in it. The mac and cheese bowl was only filled halfway. Given the high prices, I expected a much better experience.
At Panera Bread, I was disappointed to find no bread bowl available, and the soup portion was quite small. Additionally, the apple was expired, and there were no baguettes on the menu.

I ordered two Mac & Cheese soups but only received one. I was charged for both, but didn’t get the second one.
