Gotta give props to the Winchester Panera for customer service: On Monday, our family was sitting in an end booth (my back to the dish return and an employee accidentally spilled a bowl of someone's discarded french onion soup down into our booth. I was covered in it. Moreover, my white, fur-hooded coat was covered in it. That was 3 days ago and we are completely satisfied with all they have done to take care of it. They immediately refunded our meal since it went cold while we were trying to get everything cleaned up. They paid to dry clean my scarf coat. And when the dry cleaning ruined the fur (I was afraid of that they replaced my coat. WOW! *That* is how you treat people well. I'll be...

My sandwich was smashed into a ball which wasnt ideal to eat but the flavor and freshness was fine. Smoothie just tastes like plain strawberry rather than lemonade mix. Salad is fresh and crisp. Overall decent.
