This panera is good, but sometimes it can be unconsistent and unprofessional. Cons: In recent years, I had problems with wild salad (3 to 5 pieces) in my salad, sloppy sandwiches, cold Mac n cheese (since, and I asked for a new, it just zapped it in the microwave), and occasionally soup that tastes as if it were not 100% fresh.
