I discovered that the restaurant was out of avocado before noon, and they also didn't have any bean corn salsa available. Unfortunately, they didn't offer any substitutions or alternatives for these items. Additionally, the salad portion was quite small. I deducted one star for each item that was sold out. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, the bathroom was clean, and there was a great selection of food options, including many healthy choices that accommodate various dietary restrictions.
I had never been to Panera until about three weeks ago, despite my coworkers constantly praising it. I'm shocked I waited so long to try it! The first dish I ordered was the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, and it was incredible—packed with flavor and all the ingredients worked together perfectly. I usually use the online 'rapid pick up' option for my orders, and they're always ready exactly on time. I highly recommend this place. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is very friendly.
I frequently visit this restaurant and generally have a reliable experience. I really appreciate being part of the Sip Club. The staff are always friendly, and the drive-thru line usually moves swiftly. However, I tried the chicken sandwich yesterday and was quite disappointed. It's hard to believe they charge $12 for it. The chicken was dry, and the other ingredients tasted stale and aged. I couldn't finish the sandwich and felt let down for having wasted my money on it.
The experience at this café was fantastic, but it has been declining over the past year. Unfortunately, they seem to get my order wrong every time. I’d love to go somewhere else, but this is the only café in my area. They consistently forget my pastry and beverage, as well as any changes I request for my sandwiches. They prepare the sandwiches exactly as they are listed on the menu, ignoring the customization options. By far, this is the worst Panera I’ve been to!

The creamy chicken and wild rice soup paired with the spicy chicken sandwich and the soup/mac combo was absolutely amazing! This has quickly become my favorite soup, and I can't wait to order a bowl next time. The sandwich was delicious, and the crispy pickles were the perfect finishing touch. *Kisses*!
This restaurant is quite convenient for my workplace, and I've visited frequently while working in the area. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is fantastic. There's ample parking in the shopping center's lot, and they also offer a drive-thru service.
I really enjoyed the Green Goddess Cobb Salad! I recently started a new diet plan, and this salad was low in calories, allowing me to include both the meat and the dressing without exceeding my intake goals. Plus, it was beautifully presented!
I ordered my meal in advance, and when I arrived about eight minutes later, everything was ready. I enjoyed the cucumber and tomato salad along with a veggie sandwich, and both were absolutely delicious.

The pizza was cold, but the soup was hot and delicious. The pizza was so thin that it cooled off quickly, and its flavor was only mediocre. This is the second time I've felt let down by Panera.
The food lacked freshness, the dishes were overly soggy, and the portion sizes were quite small.
