Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

I placed an order for dinner today in their app and when it got delivered I was missing my salad. I called and spoke with the manager and she said she would give me a voucher. So I went through the drive thru and asked for my voucher and ordered a smoothie. The cashier said I didn’t have any vouchers and they didn’t see that I ordered anything from them recently. They were rude and said that I could have the smoothie for my trouble. And quickly closed the window on me. They made it seem like I was lying because I could not remember the name of the manager. I have given up on this location. We have so many food items missed when ordering. It should not be difficult to make sure everything is...

the turtle says they are open until 10 o'clock. they are not. door locked. the driveway through the girl said they are closing now at 9 o'clock. when I proposed that they put a paper shield on the door so that people like me would not waste our time coming back to our cars and going through the way they were drunk and said they would not allow them. Really? many places near earlier these days because of the personal problems, I understand it. but at least update the door signs to reflect this.

Everytime I go here, my order is always wrong. I get a salad and ask for no chicken but there is always chicken in it. One time I went back and they gave me and new salad but it was clear that they picked the chicken out of the new salad because there was still small bits of chicken. Also, from my experience, the salads are overpriced for the very little amount of food you get. $8-$9 for a very lousy HALF sized salad, it is never filled up.

This place is awful. They are super disrespectful to the customers. They are always messing up food and when you return for the missing items they are just like oops sorry you had to drive back for your bagel and cream cheese. They gave me a sandwich on abagel becuade they where out of bread. It was awful. Drive up the road to Brighton instead. Reserva una mesa ahora

2nd time tried to order soup online through app and couldn't. First time I called and they took my order over the phone. Just happened again d when I called the lady said they don't take phone orders, you have to order online. Okay then fix your app!don't take phone orders, you have to order online.

what a pleasant experience! there was a line in the drive-thru and the parking lot was quite crowded. When I came in, I commanded him to go and got my food in just a few minutes! this crew has them together! eating was just as delicious and perfect as I would expect from panera

if you look through the window at the driveway, you can see the kitchen. wow it was dirty! I know it was lunchtime, but it should be more ordinary workers. or someone clean up! there were transport containers and food spilled everywhere!

Flatbread pizza is great if you like hard bread and lousy dressing. Chicken and bacon was horrible. Customer service has gone down hill. I will not be going back. Reserva una mesa ahora

Howell MI store is awful. I highly suggest driving the extra 10 minutes to the Brighton store the customer service and food is much better at Brightons location.
