Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

During our travels across several states in recent months, we have frequented Panera Bread as one of our go-to restaurants. Unfortunately, we have observed a decrease in both food quality and service at many locations, which has been disappointing. However, our experience at the Panera location in Lafayette today was a pleasant surprise! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was fresh and prepared exactly as we requested, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. We wish this particular Panera was located closer to our home, as we would definitely make it a frequent dining choice.

It was a first visit. I forgot to take pictures. But the food was good. There was a variety of healthy choices. It is a self serve environment. You pick your choice, pay for it and they call you when it's ready. The seating is spacious but there is no table service. They have handicap parking and seating. The bathroom was clean and the staff was very professional. When you finish eating you throw your trash and return your tray. An employee cleans the table after you finish. I was told that they close at 3pm because they don't have the staff.

If I could pick zero stars I would me and my husband went in for a fast lunch before a show and as he was about to take a bite of his sandwich I seen a black hair and I know that isn't crazy and sometimes you will find a hair in your food so then I decided to check mine and I found a nice amount of hair in my Mayo on my sandwich it was like a nasty little scavenger hunt and I'm not a confrontational type of person so we wasted 30 dollars on someone's hair cut in our food I will not be going back

I used to order from this restaurant every month, but I have had a few mistakes with my orders in the past. I didn't mind at first, but now they won't fix them for me anymore. Recently, I asked the drive-thru to pick up my order quickly because it was raining, but they refused. I had to wait in line and couldn't believe they wouldn't hand me my order from the same kitchen that was visible through the window. The restaurant on Johnston Street in Lafayette has questionable employees and a questionable manager. I believe that this restaurant will not be in business next year. They have limited their hours significantly and are having trouble retaining employees. The only ones who seem to stick around are the shady characters they have hired. Avoid this place and don't let them take advantage of you.

The unlimited drink subscription is great.but in Lafayette Louisiana hours are only 7-3 and that doesn't work for me when I'll working in Lafayette...in south Carolina they are open 6am-9pm which is great!!!

I went the drive thru, ordered food and wait was only 15 minutes for the hot delicious food. the bank was very friendly while waiting for my order.

All the staff are friendly and fun to talk with. The food is delectable as usual.We’re so happy it’s open again.
