Ruth's Chris Steak House Lafayette

Food quality was good as usual. Servers were unavailable for the majority of the evening. We had an pm seating and the restaurant was not terribly crowded but after our initial food and drink orders, the table was left unattended and we had to flag down random Ruth’s Chris team members to get wine refills and food service.

Took hours to get our food. Our waiter Evette was outstanding. Lobster Mac was cold, plate for steak broke and further delayed our service, lettuce wedge was good. Cowboy ribeye was tough but was cooked medium as requested. Weak value for the money.

Wife’s birthday and our anniversary celebration. Steaks were undercooked. We also had a steak there about a month ago and it was over cooked. Inconsistent and unworthy of the cost.

Decided not to cook on Christmas Day so we let Ruth’s Chris do it. Had a wonderful experience and even better meal.

Was seated in the back room. It was oergect to visit. Not to loud! We had a wonderful evening with friends.
