This location has the consistently worst service of any Panera in New Jersey. I’ve visited this drive-thru multiple times, and it’s reliably the slowest—often making you wait in your car for up to 15 minutes before receiving your order. Additionally, my orders frequently have missing items or incorrect sizes. Today, I made the mistake of not checking my order right away, and when I got home, I discovered one salad was missing chicken and the other was without the dressing, which is essential to the dish. I've been a longtime fan of Panera Bread, appreciating their rewards program and enjoying simple, healthy food at a reasonable price. Although I haven't visited as often since COVID, I stopped by on Sunday, 7/11/22, with a guest for a quick meal. However, I was shocked to be charged nearly $6 for two medium sodas. I also ordered two small chicken soup sandwiches on small rolls, which came with two extra small pieces of bread, and the total came to almost $40. While the food was still good, the price was way too high—especially the drinks, which felt like a complete rip-off.
This Panera Bread location began with a promising experience, but my recent visit left me quite disappointed. My order was incorrect at the drive-thru, which appears to be due to understaffing. The owner of this franchise should address these issues, as numerous customers are left waiting inside for their orders. The quality of service is impacting the overall enjoyment of the menu.
My experience was average. I placed my order at the kiosk, but my name never appeared on the order board, which was a bit odd. The drink order process definitely needs improvement since no one called my name for my drink. After I got my food, I had to check if the drink they had was mine, and it was. Even so, I might consider dining here again.

This Panera location initially impressed me, but I've grown quite disappointed lately. My order was incorrect once more, and the drive-thru is currently closed due to staff shortages. The franchise owner really needs to address these concerns. I noticed several customers inside sharing their frustrations while waiting for their orders.
It took 20 minutes (not kidding) to pay for and receive my regular soup and a drink and there was only one person in front of me. I live nearby and the service has gone extremely downhill over the years. The staff is rude as well. I suggest going to the Panera on Woodbridge Ave instead of this one.
This has to be the worst Panera location in New Jersey. They should just close it and replace it with a Trader Joe's or something similar.
The menu and pricing are quite confusing. It's very different from the old Panera ordering system. They really missed the mark this time!
