This location has the consistently worst service of any Panera in New Jersey. I’ve visited this drive-thru multiple times, and it’s reliably the slowest—often making you wait in your car for up to 15 minutes before receiving your order. Additionally, my orders frequently have missing items or incorrect sizes. Today, I made the mistake of not checking my order right away, and when I got home, I discovered one salad was missing chicken and the other was without the dressing, which is essential to the dish. It took 20 minutes (not kidding) to pay for and receive my regular soup and a drink and there was only one person in front of me. I live nearby and the service has gone extremely downhill over the years. The staff is rude as well. I suggest going to the Panera on Woodbridge Ave instead of this one.

The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views and wonderful people. The freshly baked items are truly outstanding. Although we live in the foothills outside of Sacramento, this has become our favorite breakfast spot whenever we come to visit.
Baked is an excellent spot to visit if you're in the mood for a delicious bowl of soup. I highly recommend giving one a try during your visit!
