"I recently visited Panera Bread for the third time, but unfortunately they were out of bread again. The cashier was a bit rude, but the manager did give us some bread from the sandwich section for our meal. I was disappointed that they didn't have the bread I was looking forward to having with my soup and salad, as that's the main reason I go to Panera Bread."

I stopped going to this restaurant because they don't understand the concept of not slicing my bagels. The bagels they serve are more like bread donuts than traditional bagels, and now they taste like wonder bread. It's a disappointment, especially in Sarasota where you used to be able to get a good bagel at Einstein's. I've pretty much given up on finding a decent bagel in Sarasota and will be avoiding Panera as well.
