I recently placed an online order from this restaurant and noticed that my soup was missing when I picked it up. I called to let them know about the mistake, and the staff member was very apologetic. They offered to either replace the soup or provide store credit. Since I was nearby, I decided to return and pick up the soup. The employee who assisted me was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even upgrading my soup to a larger size. This Panera location has quickly become my favorite!
I highly recommend this restaurant for its delicious food and convenient parking. The ingredients are fresh and expertly prepared, and they offer all-you-can-drink options. There is plenty of seating available, and takeout is also an option. To reduce wait times, I suggest placing your order in advance. The location is easily accessible from the street.
The doors open at 7 AM, but nothing seems to be ready when you arrive. They should consider opening later or coming in earlier. There's only a 50/50 chance that they will have what you want when they open. Their go-to line is, "Come back in an hour." At this rate, I might just stop trying altogether.

I ordered the chicken and wild rice soup for delivery twice in the past few weeks, and unfortunately, both times it arrived without any chicken. I'm really disappointed.
Great service and an excellent latte! I ordered takeout and was very pleased with my experience. The price per person was quite reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10.
Overall, I highly recommend this spot for lunch, with dishes priced between $10 and $20 per person.
