Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

Usually during that time of the day Panera is always very busy, the first red flag is when we walked in to this Panera there was only 2 tables and couple people ordering to go. It makes sense that it wasn’t busy after the service and the cleanliness of the store. I had to wait ~5 minutes for someone to show up and get a bottle of water. And the bathroom looked like haven’t been checked on the whole day if not days. Management needs to fix this because I love Panera and they have higher standards usually.

Two carryout orders of broccoli cheddar soup. Soup was good as usual. The baguette that came with the soup was not made with the usual dough. Taste structure was more like a bagel than baguette. Taste terrible.

Their bread bowls were stale, they gave me the group soup and it wasn't full. The sandwich bread was soggy and gross. It was overall the worst experience I've had at any Panera ever.

I would give 5 stars but the only complaint is that they never answer their phone, I’ve called at non busy hours and not even close to lunch time and they’ve still never answered. Reserva una mesa ahora

there is roaches in there lobby near there pastries and flies nastiest panera i have ever seen dont recommend at all dead wasps in the ice machine area

I guess customizations to your order are just suggestions for the people making the sandwiches. Kercheval location has gone down
