Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

I typically don't write reviews, but after being disappointed for the 5th time in a row, I feel compelled to share my experience. The wait at the drive-thru in the morning is always too long, and my order has been incorrect the last 5 times. I've received cold food instead of hot, and my latte, which I asked for iced, was made hot and then poured over ice, ending up with a watered-down mess. I know that customer service jobs can be tough, and I always try to be understanding, but the service at this restaurant in Kingwood has been consistently disappointing, especially considering the cost.

I placed a quick pick-up order through the app and received a text when my order was supposedly ready. However, when I arrived with my small child, the order was not actually ready and the staff in the pick-up area were extremely rude. Even when my order was finally completed, it was missing an item from the bakery. I was told I had to go ask for it myself in the bakery area, which is not standard practice. When I tried to address the issue with the manager in the pick-up area, she dismissed me, claiming to be too busy. From now on, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The woman in the front was preoccupied with her employees and did not pay attention to my order initially. I then sat outside, but for some reason they did not notice me, so I had to go inside where they told me they had been looking for me. They seemed to be neglecting my food, but thankfully another young man suggested they prioritize our order. The pizza was satisfactory, and the grilled chicken was delicious. Overall, it was a decent experience, with the only downside being the initial lack of attention.

I got food poisoning here. I ordered soup a sandwich and a drink and just a few hours later I threw up and my stomach hurt so bad I was in agony all night. Not to mention they were a little on the rude side but I don’t mind that as much as I mind the employees not washing their hands or potentially using dirty ingredients. I’ve been eating at home for the past week so I know it had to be this unhygienic restaurant. I’ll never come back to this Panera or maybe even any Panera ever again. Disgusting! Nice place nice area kinda always busy but not to bad most of the time. The food is good people are nice, there is a good group type of working women atmosphere that just makes it seem so comfortable. No cackling of hyenas or some wildebeest thinking that you were eyeballing her. Maybe it’s a personal opinion but there seems to be a strong woman presents in there. No judgement, love it!

if I could give them a negative, I would. the last few times when I got to eat, I was sick and wanted to suppe. Well, it had been boiled for hours and was nothing else than mush. I had bad service and food quality every time I have been there lately. what happened? that was a good one.

Luckily, I got something I liked, but my order was still wrong, and missing the cookies. It was delivered to me so there was no way to have known the order was wrong. Please double check before serving customers.

Meh.Bagels never seem to be sliced properly, always a tiny top and giant bottom chunk. Prices are super high $10 sandwich?!The Mac and cheese is really good, buy again... High price tag. Reserva una mesa ahora

My experience here was good but when I got my salad it came with a dirty fork that had something stuck on it. Luckily, i had a plastic fork but other than that the food was amazing ?

not much to say- don't have an issue with price- food is way too standard sounds great on paper but not executed correctly
