Outback Steakhouse Humble

I would like to recognize Jaden R. for his outstanding service during my recent visit to Outback Steakhouse in Humble, TX, on August 24, 2024. My dining companion and I had a fantastic experience, thanks in large part to Jaden, who was our attentive server. He demonstrated exceptional customer service, being pleasant, respectful, kind, and responsive throughout our meal. Jaden truly represented what great service should be! I will definitely request him on our next visit. Thank you, Jaden, for making us feel welcome and valued! You’re amazing!

I was very disappointed with the dinner. I ordered the Sirloin Grilled Shrimp with extra sautéed mushrooms on the side. I asked for a medium rare. The meat was very tough, the asparagus was limp and soft, and the sautéed mushrooms on the side was cold so all in all the dinner was a disappointment. The service was excellent, the lady was very sweet and friendly and offered to give us a dessert on the house because the dinner was so bad.

I was able to enjoy an amazing first date with a great guy at the bar. We were served by Aubrey who was very attentive and made sure we were cared for. The manager Warren even came through several times to check on us. They are definitely both invited to the wedding. Lol

Bloom onion over cooked and oilly. Steak was the worst I have ever had. Could not cut it with house knife had to use my own. I asked for medium rare got rare. I brought steak home and recooked it and it was better than restaurants. Reserva una mesa ahora

Place was clean and service was great. We were told of the luch special but it did not interest me. If I go to Outback I want steak as a special not shrimp . Thanks. I might return to that location

Julie was FABTASTIC towards me and my friends tonight. It was a dinner rush and I can only imagine how stressed she was. She wore a party hat the entire time and it was so sweet, we love Julie!!!!

Maddison, our table's server, was outstanding! Efficient and very polite (something one usually doesn't get in restaurants lately! and she couldn't have been nicer..Great service.. Thank you!

I love Australia the food is good and I loved the coconut shrimp.
