we had only 2 steak sandwiches and 1 chicken salad sandwich and all 3 looked like they had been joined by a small child! the steak sandwiches had all the meat in the middle of the roll, so the half of the sandwich had meat and the other half was all broth. After I roast the meat again, I realized that the meat was probably for half a sandwich, not all the sandwiches we ordered. the chicken salad sandwich was also a chaos with an incredibly small part of the chicken salad in a corner of the brotes, so there was a bite salate and the rest was all broth. for the prices that were calculated, we could not have been unsatisfied anymore! unnecessary to say that we were all very disappointed and nev...

Recently, I made the mistake of bringing my family to this location. I recognize the difficulties of working in retail and interacting with customers, so I usually don't hold it against staff for being indifferent. However, the staff at this Panera Bread were particularly unfriendly and rude. Despite having a nice location and seating area, I would advise against dining at this restaurant.

I popped in for a speedy lunch while in between showing homes to clients in Camillus and Geddes. It was a busy Sunday at lunchtime. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. I opted for the chipotle chicken bacon ranch flatbread pizza, which had a light and crispy crust with flavorful juicy chicken. The portion size was larger than anticipated. I highly recommend it.

First, I am a big fan of Panera Bread, I've always enjoyed their food. Sometimes I do feel the portion is incredible small.i don't usually get any breakfast items other than a bagel and cream cheese. Today I felt like a breakfast sandwich. Their bagels are good size, making this$4.99 egg and cheese sandwich look Ridiculous! I was expecting better from Panera. I was very disappointed. my friend ordered a simple bagel uncut and uncut. this is because a nut allergy makes it dangerous for common appliances like a knife on the bagel to be used. so naturally she gets a cut and roasted bagel that needs to be thrown into the müll. the only thing that was not cooked was the speck on my breakfast sandwich. absolutely terrible.

I keep coming back to this restaurant because of the great location, delicious food, and friendly staff. Every visit is always a success. I love the smell of the coffee and the tasty dishes.

The staff at this Panera is rude, entitled and unprofessional. It's also loud and poorly decorated. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles east to Erie Blvd.
