The French onion soup was absolutely disgusting. It was extra chunky, no broth, no cheese. I also ordered the family soup that was $24.99. Family soup? More like soup for 2 children. I am overly disappointed with Panera Bread. Never ever ordering from any Panera Bread ever again.
I have begun to exclusively visit the East Rutherford location, even though there are two others that are closer to my home. The manager, Denise, is amazing. She is always lending a hand with cleaning, working behind the counter, or doing whatever is necessary.
This is an excellent place to unwind with friends while savoring coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soup, sandwiches, and even pizza. Although parking can be tricky during busy shopping hours or on weekends, there's typically sufficient space most of the time.
I ordered a Bacon Turkey Bravo at the restaurant, but when I got home, I discovered there was no cheese, no bacon, and the sandwich tasted burnt. Reserva una mesa ahora
Very good breads and soups. Perfect place for quick snacks and a break when it's busy. Worth the visit. The service is great.
So bad costumer service they don’t answer and don’t give any attention for the costumer the baddest panera bread
