I arrived three minutes before opening and noticed the door was already open. When I politely asked if they were open, I was told to come back in three minutes. I stepped outside, and they locked the door behind me. At 7:30, the official opening time, I tried to enter but the door was still locked. As I walked away, they finally opened the door without saying a word. I run a retail store myself and would never treat customers this way—instead, I would open early if needed. The manager should be ashamed for allowing their staff to treat customers so poorly.
I placed a lunch order for pickup using the Panera app, and the food was prepared quickly and accurately. I went in and collected it from the designated pickup area. I had the chicken Caesar salad, while my wife ordered the sandwich and salad combo. The salad was a substantial portion, and the chicken was delicious. I do wish they had given more dressing, as two small cups weren't quite enough. Overall, though, it was a positive experience.
First of all, my sandwich was poorly assembled. We waited at the counter for at least two minutes while seven employees, all seemingly under 25, stood together chatting. It took 20 minutes for our takeout order to be ready. Two of our soups were incorrect, and while we were waiting, several other customers were also complaining about incorrect orders. Additionally, the bread bowl was stale, and one of the soups was served cold.
Unfortunately, I can no longer eat at this restaurant during my lunch break. I waited more than 20 minutes just for a simple soup and salad. The restaurant was extremely crowded, and there weren't enough staff to handle the lunchtime rush. In the end, I had to take my order to go because I didn't have enough time to dine in. After 20 years of being a customer, I now find this place overpriced and disappointing.

I ordered a half steak sandwich and was let down by the amount of meat it contained. It reminded me of a Wendy's commercial—where’s the beef?!
I've been visiting this restaurant for years, but lately it seems to have lost its charm. It used to be one of my favorite places to eat.
The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent, with the bread being the most impressive feature.
