Why open a brand new building with a drive through if it'd going to be constantly closed....2 weeks of trying to get a quick breakfast before work and can't because the drive through is closed and the service is too slow to go inside I tried twice andwas almost late both times) I was able to go through the drive through ONCE since the new building and it was just as bad. Satin line for 15 minutes then was told to pull forward and had to wait an additional 10 minutes just for a cup of soup.
The food was excellent and the service was fast! Even though the restaurant was busy and there was a line, it moved quickly, and we got our meals in no time. Our dishes were even served with a warm smile. If only there were a location closer to Watertown, I would definitely eat there every week!
Whenever my wife and I visit here, the staff is always super friendly and helpful! We have never had any issues with the food (which is great) or prices and appreciate the staff working as hard as they do! Good job management!
We do not like the new Panera bldg. Very Cold Atmosphere Bright Lights. The other one down the road was Cozy Inviting with Booths Tables with a Relaxing Warm Atmosphere. The old Bakery was Better also. Reserva una mesa ahora
