Great place to study (college student), orders come out consistently well, and the staff are friendly.Bathroom is very clean! Every time I have been to the men's bathroom I was always met with clean facilities (although, sometimes they forget to refill the soap dispenser, but that's normal)Only glaring problem is the upkeep of the tables: sometimes tables are not clean and rarely tables are in disrepair.I see many reviews saying that they get orders wrong BUT after ordering tons of times, I have yet to receive an incorrect order.As for Panera's food, some of it is actually great! these people and their associates stood around and talked about white people (too bad I didn't get a shot of the other point), they thought I heard them trembling about their rage, but then I thought I didn't hear them. I didn't react to test them. it is 2022 and there is still racism..yes, when something is said about it as inferiorities, then they will probably weep and make a dread. they have to grow up.

The staff at this restaurant is very pleasant. However, some of the customers can be rude and demanding. One customer even shouted at a female employee simply for trying to ensure that his order was correct. It was shocking! Come on, Jack! She was just doing her job. She handled it professionally and kept working efficiently. The entire staff collaborated effectively. I will definitely be returning.

Mask wearing is enforced. To dine-in, you will need to show state id with Covid-19 vaccination card; this is in accordance to Illinois state mandate.Besides the Covid-19 mandated standard of operation (sop), the service I received today was very good. I ordered a sandwich through DoorDash and it took forever for them to deliver my food. When it finally arrived, they had put a very small amount of tuna on it, more like a tuna spread. I called to request another sandwich but they said there was nothing they could do. Overall, I had a horrible experience. Save your money and go to Jersey Mike's instead.

I visited this restaurant and had the pleasure of interacting with Andre. Andre was efficient and provided excellent recommendations based on my preferences. He also made sure to keep his work area clean and assisted a couple in setting up their rewards program. Excellent customer service, Andre! Panera is fortunate to have you on their team.

wonderful, efficient staff. it doesn't hurt that they are really nice. every time I go, it's a great experience. I really dig the panera. everyone should work at least once in their lives in an almost food environment. it would be a humiliating experience for some of the evil, restless, impatient customers I have experienced.

Horrible experience; I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes for two cups of soup. I work very close to Panera in Evergreen Park; however, each time I go, it's a terrible experience. I don't know if I was overcharged, but I paid 16 dollars for two cups of soup. Ridiculous! Reserva una mesa ahora

Signs everywhere proof of vaccination required to dine in...I didn't see employees ask one of the 9 people in front of me while in line. Shouldn't you be checking people at the door? Friendly service, no compliance with local law.

love panera and I usually go to this. clean and fast. Today I also have 3 free cookies from the general manager that was really nice of her. I also remember when we waited long and they gave us free baked. workers are nice.
