This morning, as I was leaving town, I waited for my complete order for 10 minutes. I understand that they are doing their best during these uncertain times, but the restaurant feels more like a fast food joint than a sit-down dining establishment. The staff seemed to be working hard to get the food to the customers quickly.
I used to enjoy Panera, but this particular location is awful. They often mess up orders and everything is slow and outdated. The service here is extremely slow and the quality is subpar. I would not recommend eating here, you're better off going to McDonald's.
Didn't have the ordered bread, so randomly selected bread without consulting me. When I requested different bread, they smashed my sandwiches. The salad greens were rotten. The cookie was stale. Never had such a terrible Panera experience, ever.
Cashier is nice but the service is veeeery slow. Have been waiting for order (sandwich +soup) for about 20 minutes. Also they missed avocado in my chipotle chicken „avocado” melt sandwich. Reserva una mesa ahora
Huge fan of panera! unfortunately this time was not a great experience with the quality of food. Received a Greek salad with the wrong kind of olives and lettuce was wilted and brown.
This bakery is one of the top places in the city for all kinds of bread. They always have fresh, crispy crusts and their breads and other baked goods are very well prepared.
panera is as panera does, and they make it good. Nice to have this option on the toll road: fresh hot coffee and recently baked were enjoyed during the waiting.
