I have the sip club for unlimited drinks and I normally go to another location, but on Fridays I come here because I'm in this area versus my normal store. I always get the blueberry lavender lemonade. Every week this location always tastes very strange as if they're adding some random ingredient other stores aren't. I can't quite discern what it is but it has like a carbonated feel to it. I've been to multiple other locations and had this drink and this one seems to be the only one making it this way. Will be contacting corporate about this- ordered food for me and my child and was handed a buzzer (broken btw) we didn’t know it was broken and patiently waited for it to buzz, however it didn’t. Instead we had a cook yell at the top of his lungs our order infront of the whole restaurant where everyone could hear, felt like I was doing the walk of shame at this point. When I let them know the woken was rude and just gave me a half assed smile and attitude smirking and saying have a great day. Won’t be back! Wow, I thought they made a mistake when I picked up my order of salad with a baguette. It was literally 1/2 the normal size, and the lettuce was saturated with dressing. Poorly managed and under staffed with ineffective employees who can't come close to keeping up with the lunch crowd. At 12:30 I was told it would be a 25 minute wait for food at a minimum. My family left as did the rest of the line. Go to Chipotle across the street instead.
