Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

do not go to this place anymore. this is not the first time we had problems. the manager is rude, at least with the one I spoke to. we ordered two suppen bread bowls, soupen container was only half wway filled and was cold, they also forgot a bread bowl. also ordered two turkey bacon bandits that were simply thrown together, not know where the speck was, no side and the brot was very soggy as it fell in water. they have two zimtsacks, they were very hard and they forgot the cream cheese. I called, and the manager offered me a bread bowl and the missing cream cheese. I didn't care that the rest of the meal was terrible. that is absolutely disgusting customer service. panera is not cheap.

While I personally haven 't had the issue of not hot/fresh food as others have stated in my couple years frequenting this location. I have had online orders that I 've been reached out to because they were out of said items and made sure to make areplacement, or a complimentary item because said item was missing, but the most recent online order unfortunately had a missingitem from a 'Pick-two ' online order. I know this location was hit pretty hard during the covid time but please keep up with thequality control! Aside from this visit my prior experiences were pretty on par of what one would expect from this chain!

When I went to pick up my meal at the counter, the manager carelessly tossed my food to me, almost as if I was the one asking for a handout! I have no intention of returning to this location, and I will also be telling all my friends. To all the staff, especially the managers, if you don't enjoy your job, you shouldn't come to work! You should treat customers who support your business with respect, not with a bad attitude.

First let me say how much i love getting asked to give a tip to the cash register operator. They really earn it. Next, i waited 23 minutes for my 15 dollar sandwich. They said they were understaffed and i had some time to read the news so no bigdeal. Finally when my sando did arrive, it was disgusting. Dry, hard bread, and nothing else. I visited the restaurant hoping to enjoy a dinner salad, but instead received what felt like a side salad portion. I called to express my concern, and the manager informed me that they have reduced the quantity of ingredients due to staff cutbacks. After spending $11.24 on a salad, I was left extremely disappointed with what I received. Very unhappy!

this load has my admiration today, 6/3/2022: their systems had fallen due to technical problems. the autority of the load there (I don't know their names) still managed to do a great job. she put free coffee and sweets for customers outside their shop! good work! I wanted to pay but could not (it was free), hope this Google review helps!

we take the family here two or three times in the month and the children love the mac and come together with the cheap desserts. the adult loves all meal times and others than an occasional long line, this is one of our favourites to eat. sensible and tasty eating together with pleasant personal makes us customers again.

Took forever to take our order even though only one person was in front of us, and then every 5 minutes a male employee was calling out 40 minutes! 35 minutes! Which we figured out was the time until closing. Not impressed. Reserva una mesa ahora

I’ve visited this location a few times to pick up online orders, and every employee I’ve met has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. They also have a drive-thru, which is very convenient for anyone in a hurry.
