I started with the "Green Goddess" salad, which was disappointingly bland. It lacked flavor to the extent that I had to request a salt packet just to make it bearable. Honestly, I'd have found more joy in eating plain lettuce from a bag. After waiting 45 minutes for my sandwich, I inquired about its status, only to witness a staff member asking another if my order was ready. To my surprise, she didn't even remember what I had ordered, despite having been told they were working on it. The restaurant was practically empty on a Sunday afternoon, so the long wait was completely unacceptable.

Dirty place, bad service, bad food. Literally all tables were dirty, there were no napkins, the restrooms were horrible. I asked for a Caesar Salad and the croutons were horrible. On top of that, they put a pice of hard, old bread next to the ugly salad. Don’t know if employees in this place are underpaid or what the issue is but the standard of service is pretty low.

The French onion soup at Panera Bread was disappointing. It felt like just beef broth with onions, some diced bread, and cold shredded cheese in the center. It was likely microwaved, as the outside was scorching hot while the middle was cold. My daughter's soup was also cold. Overall, the quality was poor. You take my money, and I share my opinion!
I am giving 1 because CUSTOMER SERVICE can't pay with $100.00 in this store, we spend around $73.00. The manager was argue instead to help and resolve the situation. We are investigating about the policies, because the Manager pointed one of the policies is not to receive $100.00 bill. The place in this location is a mess and dirty.

French onion soup is not beef broth with onions in it and diced bread with cold shredded cheese in the middle. There?s more to it. It was most definitely microwaved. Scorching hot on the outside and cold in the middle. My daughters soup was cold too.Poor quality. You get my money I get my opinion!
Great food. Quick pickups for online orders. The chicken Noodle soup is the best I've ever had at any other restaurant. If you want to eat out bit have a sensitive stomach.... Panera for the win.
