While I visited my daughter and my son in the law and my 2 months old granddaughter, I was told that we went to McD's for my birthday... we drove a wonderful, curved road with incredible views of the city down through the amazing green and clear air. The service was great, the staff was friendly and controversial in English and German. I had an incredible entree with spinach noodle and fillet with gourmet mushrooms (tasteful). There were great views from the panoramic windows! The most amazing birthday ever, and the presence of my first grandchild was invaluable!!

You have a beautiful view on Iserlohn. Whether in summer or winter, the walk up the hill is definitely a good idea and you will always find a nice spot, either outside on the terrace or inside in a cozy atmosphere. The food has some typical Westfalian dishes, some Alsatian tartes flambées , some nice pasta something for everybody.
