Panther Grill & Bar

For a planned return visit to Panther Grill & Bar, we reserved a table for 10 to host a client dinner as our prior experience last year was great. With the exception of a table for two, the restaurant was empty throughout our entire meal, so service was certainly not overwhelming. The food was good as expected. Unfortunately, our service experience did not match. The server was challenged with taking our orders, confused them when bringing meals to the table and cancelled an add-on taken by the other server for one of our guests because he assumed it was a mistake and did not ask. He also did not return to our table to offer more bottled water when everyone's drinks were empty. We poured our own wine because he didn't come back to the table aside from dropping off plates of food. After our main course was finished and plates were cleared we waited for a while and eventually had to ask him to provide a dessert menu. He seemed uninterested in servicing our table for the duration of the meal and spent most of his time at the bar area. This was disappointing as we had boasted to our guests that our previous experience here was so great we wanted to return.

I had a great dinner here alone on business. The location is in a very good neighborhood and the decor is contemporary. The staff was wonderful and helped me select great wines by the glass. I got a lovely seat by the window and was treated very well and it was not at all awkward dining alone. My steak tartare and filet mignon were delicious,

We went with a group of friends in a really happy mood to have great food and a fun time. Food was good but the experience was destroyed by an extremely RUDE server. I hope the owner of the restaurant reads this so he can rethink his service personal as the place has great potential but will ultimately FAIL with this service. PLEASE AVOID.

Ja leider ,wir haben uns auf ein gutes steak gefreut, aber das bayrische rib eye war zäh zu durch und fuer 38 euro (sollte 300 gr. Sein) nicht das geld wert .als rechnung gab es eine zwischenrechnung ,die zeiten sind auch vorbei .

Wir waren deutlich überrascht. Nicht nur, dass der Service überkompetent war, die Küche hat wirklich was tolles gezaubert. Insb. der Lachstatar Asia-Style stach heraus.
