Panza's - Reserva de mesa

I've been wanting to share this for a while, but every time we dine at Panza's Restaurant, I forget to take pictures of the food because it looks so amazing that it's gone before I even think about it. So here it goes: this is a photo of the outside of the restaurant. Inside, it's even more spectacular, with multiple dining areas. My favorite is the Cove, a cabaret lounge, piano bar, and full dining room. What a great restaurant! Wonderful atmosphere, great service and delicious food. Chicken parm was described by my wife as the best she’s ever had, and my steak au poivre was perfectly cooked and not a bit of fat or gristle on it at all. To start, the caprese salad was very enjoyable. Our waiter, George, was courteous and prompt…made sure that we were well taken care of. There is a reason Panza’s has been in business for so many years…they do it right!

Wonderful food, service and atmosphere. We didn’t have a reservation but they were kind enough to fit us in. We loved the food and would definitely return. One thing that would have made it exceptional would have been homemade pasta. I was kinda surprised our entrees came with penne.

No valet on a Saturday night during the Saratoga meet. The food was average this year. Whipped butter still frozen, upstairs room where they put us kind of warm, and honestly just not the same experience as previous years and decades. A real bummer that we won't be back here again. One of our favorite restaurants in Saratoga. The food is great, the staff is even better and the atmosphere is very unique with live music most nights. We have never been disappointed in any of our monthly visits to Panza's.

Waaaay too overpriced. $34 for eggplant parm, $38 for a full sized portion of pasta and vegetables, pasta was fair. Steak was good, but not worth $50. Tasted a wine, it tasted like it went bad. Not worth the price at all.

Amazing food. Amazing service. Beautiful decor and great atmosphere. The staff is very professional and with a great and positive attitude .

A salt shaker would have made bith our meals. Aging restaurant, but nice.
