Papa Guido's Pizzeria Beer

The food I ordered was very good. The cheese was a little to stringy for me, but that's a personal preference. And the underside of the pizza could be done a little more. The onion rings were a little to hard for me. The person I talked on the phone was a little rude. I didn't hear what the total was so I asked them to repeat it and they didn't and when I asked for a time estimation they just hung up.

I will no longer tolerate Anna Nor Burto’s disrespect! They’re very rude and the way they spoke to me and treated me was way beyond crazy. I’ve been nothing but a great worker, my customers love my customer service skills. But I’m a take my skills onto the ne t place I’m pretty sure they’ll respect and appreciate me. Not a lot of people go out their way anymore....

I would rate this restaurant one star, but unfortunately, I cannot give it zero stars. The staff kept putting me on hold and acted as if they hadn't received my calls, resulting in long wait times for my food delivery. The customer service was poor, with employees arguing with customers instead of acknowledging mistakes. I would not recommend this establishment.

I ordered the pasta shells multiple times and each time they forgot to include the meatballs. I had to contact the delivery service each time, costing me at least $10-20 extra, even though I live only half a mile away. The dining experience at this restaurant was terrible. Is this what I receive for my order after spending $300.00 at the food industry yesterday? I will not be returning until they hire a new cook.
