I had a significant issue with my delivery driver. It was over an hour and a half after I placed my online order when my wife decided to check on its status. A staff member informed her that our order was on its way, so she returned home. However, forty minutes later, we still had not received our food! I tried calling several times, but no one answered. Frustrated, I decided to go to the restaurant myself, only to discover that my order hadn't even been sent out yet; it was still being packaged when I arrived! I was extremely disappointed. The staff at this Papa John's location do not speak English, which made it hard to ask questions or place my order. When I requested to speak with the manager, I was told I had to talk to her, but she also had limited English and couldn’t understand me. This was my first and last time ordering from here. Not only was the service terrible, but my order, placed over an hour ago, still hasn’t arrived. I couldn’t get any delivery time or estimate. Due to the very poor service, I will never order from this restaurant again.
I ordered the Tuscan six cheese pizza, and unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations at all. The manager didn't offer to remake the pizza or follow up with me, which left me feeling quite dissatisfied. I spent $65 on two large pizzas, an 8-piece hot wings order, and cheese sticks, but the Tuscan pizza was completely off. I wasn't offered a refund or an exchange either. I'm really disappointed, especially since I have a passion for food. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this restaurant.
I am a big fan of Papa John's Pizza. Whenever I visit downtown Paterson, this is my go-to spot. The pizzas are always fresh and hot whenever I place an order. The only thing I miss is the return of community or local deals. I used to take advantage of those even when I wasn’t planning to eat Papa John’s. The prices and deals now are decent, with regular offers available at a fair price. This place always prepares the pizza on time and never delays the order.

It's hard to believe that John’s Pizzeria doesn’t deliver to my location, especially since they’re only 5 minutes away. They informed me that they don’t deliver to my zip code, but I’m right next to them at 07503, just a few blocks from St. Joseph's Hospital. Instead, I have to call the location in Clifton on Lakeview Avenue, which is in a different town, for delivery. This is simply unacceptable.
The manager and owner are both wonderful individuals, and the staff is amazing as well! Every time I call, I am treated with utmost respect, and they consistently offer fantastic promotions. This has become my favorite pizza spot. The combination of excellent customer service and delicious food is what keeps me coming back! #cleancut
I bring my family to this restaurant several times a year, and it’s my favorite place for a nice dinner. I've been here many times, and the food is superb, the staff is welcoming, and the prices are reasonable. I also appreciate the great lunch options available.
The pizza was poorly made, with very little sauce and uneven cheese distribution, and half of it was just crust.

The delivery took more than an hour to arrive, but the driver did apologize, and the food was outstanding.
Absolutely the best pizza in town! They even include extra pepperoncinis with my order.
