This the second time where I ordered pizza from this location and it 's under cooked. The pizza is literally still doughy, the cheese has no color. It 's like they rush to get them delivered so fast that they don 't spend the time letting them cook; and mind you, I make sure that I select Well Done on every order. And it 's like they just throw all the ingredients on the pizza, instead of putting the cheese first then toppings, they put the toppings first then the cheese so everything is under cooked and raw. If I have to put the pizza in my oven for an additional 10-15 minutes to allow it to cook then it defeats the purpose of buying. I think I am done with this location, I 'm not spending...
This is the second time I've ordered pizza from this location, and it arrived undercooked. The crust is still doughy, and the cheese lacks any browning. It feels like they rush the preparation to deliver quickly, without properly cooking the pizza—even though I always select "Well Done" when ordering. They seem to put the toppings on before the cheese, resulting in everything being undercooked and raw. If I have to bake the pizza myself for another 10-15 minutes to make it edible, it defeats the whole purpose of ordering out. I don't plan to order from this location again.
We order pizza online to pickup from store but when I went to store at the front desk guy didn’t respond to me I ask 2 times for pickup but they never respond to me acting like I am getting something free after 10 mints other guy came and I ask again to pick up my pizza then he give me my pizza. Very rude front desk staff and I will not come again like this type of store employee didn’t hear you and busy in there phone and on computer to play game
Terrible customer service.. I ordered a pizza.. my driver showed up, I asked if he could leave the pizza at the front porch, he kept saying come outside, eventually he said okay I’ll leave it no problem.. he left but didn’t leave my food.. called and he said something about coming back? He was mumbling, didn’t understand much of anything he was saying. Still haven’t gotten my money, or my food.

I ordered a plain pizza and they sent me one with pepperoni on it. For religious reasons i dont eat pepperoni, so i called back and they sent me another pizza w chicken. The delivery driver had the audacity to ask for another tip ontop of what i gave him for the wrong pie. 0 stars if i could absolutely horrendous.
Last straw. This place seriously skimps on toppings, and I'm not being a whiny fatty either. My pizza literally had 1 piece of pepperoni on 3 of the slices, the rest had a whopping 2 pieces. 1 piece?? I mean come on.
Our order was incomplete. I had to insist with the woman at the counter to verify it. Once she finally checked, she gave us the missing items. I won’t be returning.
Maybe it's because I went in the night, the atmosphere is not something I am a fan of. Looks not very friendly. As for the pizza, well it was good.

Pizza was basically raw. It got here faster than light, which was nice, but would have waited an extra minute for the pizza to be properly cooked.
Very unprofessional, Filled my pizza with a whole bottle of Hot sauce.
