dreadfully managed. we ordered a pizza and it came squified and flipped the first time. the coworker came back with another pizza and began screaming in the building with us and signaling us unrespectfully that we “use our brain”. we noticed that the second pizza had a drop in the cheese had the shape of a finger and we did not eat it. we call back and we had to come into a full argument when a man spoke to him, not women. he told us: “You waste our time.” the employee was sent back a third time to take it back and we want our refund. we have a camera and a proof of screaming and bad attitude.
I don’t know why so many people have had such a bad experience according to all the reviews. My experience was fantastic! Today I made an order and it was all great! No complaints whatsoever. My pizza and desserts were perfectly prepared. The delivery arrived within 30 minutes even thought it was expected within an hour. The delivery personnel completed followed the delivery directions and was very polite. He even thanked me when I thanked him for his services. I extremely appreciate the service that I was provided with this evening. Thank you Papa John’s Team at Greenpoint!
The same person that takes your order makes your order touches your money then your food without washing there hands came here today the girl was speaking her language the entire time then the guy that made my garlic knots pizza with his bare hands no gloves no mask no nothing was also touching the cash register the boxes the receipts once again without washing his hands. I wanted my money back this the 2nd time I come in here tried to give them a 2nd oh no never again....
ordered on the website, paid $5 returns on a pizza, not notify when it was delivered (no text no call, website says "on its way" all the time) it was cold sitting in the lobby left!

Pizza is so good! We ordered delivery and it did take a while but worth the wait! Pizza came with jalapeños and some garlic sauce dip. I'm satisfied thanks so much Papa johns
Every time i've ordered from here, my orders were on point.I usually order well done and square cut. Never missed my toppings or anything.Will continue to order.
The food was great! The papadias were hot freshly made upon arrival which I liked. There was no delays the personnel were very gracious.
I ordered a paprika pizza and it came with nipples instead of pfefferoni. one of them had a ring. 4/5 stars
