I’m giving one star today, primarily because I love the pizza, but the service and overall experience were terrible. We were working on a new house and ordered pizza. The delivery driver was so unprofessional! He arrived at the house and asked me to verify the pizza order, which was ridiculous because I was the one who placed the order and my address was clearly on it. I provided my name and number, but he kept asking more questions. Then, he studied the pizza box and told me he had another pizza in his car. He took my order and left for 15 minutes! October 13th I ordered a pizza and wings. Good pizza, bad wings. I asked for well-done wings, it wasn't even close. The driver I already knew and texted him that they were bad he said to call up anytime in the near future to get your wings for free. It was the same manager with the same tone of voice which is pretty ridiculous. I had to order something to get my free wings... Isn't that a little ridiculous? Besides all that good people except that manager. So with all that said I will still order from there but hoping when he is not working. Thanks Dan! Such a nice manager... Oh my effing God!!! I often order pizza online from this restaurant, which is one of my kids' favorites. Unfortunately, this time the manager didn’t follow my request to cut the pizza into squares. I’m usually understanding about mistakes, but the manager’s response, "I am not a pizza-making machine, they will have to wait for me to make a new one," was uncalled for. Papa John’s isn’t a pizza-making machine either, so the sarcastic remarks were unnecessary. The lack of attention to detail was disappointing, and I hope the staff can be more considerate in the future. That said, the food was still delicious.
I have ordered delivery from this location 3 times. The first time my pizza was delivered fast and hot, the second time it took well over an hour for my food to be delivered and it wasn't very hot either, but they made up for it by sending me a coupon fora free large 2 topping pizza because my last delivery didn't meet their timely standards which was very nice of them consideringI didn't even complain about it. Anyways today I used that coupon and had it delivered very fast and it was the best tastingpizza I have ever had from Papa John's! I would recommend this location!

I usually order my pizza online from one of my favorite places for my kids. Unfortunately, the manager messed up my order and didn’t cut it into squares as I requested. Normally, I’m pretty laid-back about mistakes, but his response was uncalled for: “I’m not a pizza on the tree; you’re going to have to wait for me to remake your pizza.” Seriously? This isn't a casual pizza joint, so there's no need for those sarcastic comments. You made me wait by not paying attention to my order, so keep the attitude in check. On a positive note, the food is still fantastic!
Do not use this store poor service. Have ordered pizza and wings from here before liked it. My directions clearly state leave on stairs we will be watching. I actually stood outside the 7 to 17 minutes they stated they would take. No one showed upapparently the delivery driver supposedly tried to call, i think it was fact that website skipped adding tip, little did theyknow I knew and had cash waiting
I saw a commercial on TV for the new Brooklyn Style pizza and decided to try it by ordering Pepperoni online. Unfortunately, 45 minutes later, a cheese pizza arrived at my house along with a rude text message from the driver. This level of customer service in 2022 is disappointing. I will not be returning as a customer. The pizza was mediocre and the service was subpar.
I would definitely return to Papa John's Pizza. Although I didn’t catch the employee’s name, he was fantastic and very helpful when I presented a free pizza coupon I received in the mail. He wasn’t required to honor it, but he did anyway, which made me a loyal customer for life! The menu offers great options, and the service truly stands out.
