I recommend avoiding this Papa Johns location. Last night, I placed an order totaling $25.35 and had a $100 bill ready to pay. The woman on the phone assured me I would receive change when I arrived. However, when I came to pick up my pizza, the employees refused to accept my money. They made excuses about not giving change, and I ultimately had to leave without my order. It appears that cash is not accepted here, which is extremely frustrating. Next time I order from Papa Johns, I might just pay with pennies and nickels to see if that makes a difference. Christina was amazing! We're from Arizona and ordered takeout for our hotel stay. The restaurant was quite busy when we arrived, but Christina handled everything flawlessly—making pizzas, training a new staff member, and helping customers—all while keeping a smile on her face. Our pizzas were delicious, and the entire experience was excellent. If we return to the Bay Area, this Papa John's will definitely be our first choice!
I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant. Despite giving my name three times, they still couldn't locate my order. My name is quite unique—it's Sugar—so it should have stood out. To make matters worse, they forgot to add the pepperoni topping I paid extra for. How can they overlook an entire topping?
The prices are already quite high and the portions are very small. I really used to enjoy Jagueyan pizza, but now it seems to come in smaller sizes and at a much higher cost.
