Papa John's Pizza - Reserva de mesa

The kitchen is filled with mold that can be seen visibly spreading from the back to the front of the house. The smell is so overwhelming that it made me sick, but the staff seems to think it's acceptable to have mold so close to the food preparation area. They serve food without addressing the issue, disregarding the importance of a safe and clean kitchen environment.

Ordered a pizza online it was delivered an hour and a half late. He said they had to remake the pizza which I appreciated he gave me the reasoning for being so late, however when I opened the pizza it was raw nothing was cooked through. I can safely say it was the worst pizza I’ve had. I’ve had this issue several times with this location, save your money!!

I am giving this restaurant a 1-star rating because I encountered a racist and prejudiced incident when I went to pick up my pizza for lunch. I hope to never have to come back to this place again. The employee from the company was rude and disrespectful. He may be good at his job, but he was not with me.

2nd time in a row, ordered delivery, after waiting 2.5 hour I had to call them just to find out my pizza is sitting on a counter because the drivers all apparently went home. There was zero communication about that situation. Just gave a credit towards my next purchase. This crew is worthless. Reserva una mesa ahora

We recently received one of the worst pizzas from this restaurant. We had ordered extra cheese, but the pizza arrived with barely any cheese and the crust was clearly visible on top. Additionally, the crust itself was unappetizing.

The person who took my order was Jessika. She was extremely friendly and even offered to bring the food out to my car once it was ready, which was greatly appreciated on such a cold day. The food was fantastic, as always!

A terrible company that stands around claiming victimhood when I order pizza. They are victims of hungry people asking them for pizza. Please help them by NEVER ORDERING from them. It is the only way to help them.
