I usually don’t leave negative reviews for this place, but my order was incorrect this time. I ordered a New York style pizza but received a regular large pizza instead, and I was charged $14, which is the price for the New York style. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, instead of fixing the issue, he acted as if I didn’t understand their version of New York style pizza. I’ve ordered it before long before he became manager and could have easily shown proof with a screenshot. He dismissed my explanation and then asked me about the color of the box. I picked up my order from Papa Johns the other night, and when I got home, the pizza was warm but looked old, as if it was someone else's unwanted pizza. I usually have a good experience at this location, but I highly recommend the one in Kenilworth instead. The young staff member who helped me was polite and professional, but there’s no excuse for giving a customer an obviously old pizza. One of the seals on the box was already broken, which I didn’t notice until after I left. I live only two minutes from the store and arrived on time, so there's no excuse for such carelessness. I won’t be returning and will be reporting this issue.
My son and I ordered a pepperoni pizza and garlic bread at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the pizza was overcooked, the pepperoni was tough, and the garlic sauce had a stale taste. When we raised our concerns about the food quality, the staff was rude. This will definitely be our last order from this place.
The food took a bit longer to arrive than anticipated, but that was understandable since it was the weekend. The delivery driver in the blue uniform was courteous to my children and brought the food directly to our door.

I appreciate that they were open on New Year’s Eve. The Pepperoni Meatball Papadia was tasty, but I won’t be choosing that wing sauce for my Hot Lemon Pepper Wings again. I’ll go back to the original sauce next time.
I absolutely love everything about this restaurant! I highly recommend trying the Philly cheesesteak sandwich—it's delicious. I also enjoy ordering a pizza with sausage and pineapple, and it never fails to impress.
I couldn't try any of the food because I wasn't certain where the delivery driver left it. However, I’m reluctant to leave a negative review for the restaurant.
The Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza was delicious. I didn’t receive my drink, but I hold the driver responsible for that.
