Amazing, took up my supposed pizza just to come to the house and open, I knew it wasn't what I had ordered. Oh, I'm getting angry when you waited for 25 minutes to pick up just to pass a wrong order. But then mistakes happen and man is too mistaken. I called the manager and explained my situation, he heard and apologized and promised my pizza will be delivered, my pizza was delivered in no time without shipping costs, I enjoyed my pizza, was satisfied and remained loyal customer as before, of course I will always my pizza from Papa John 's
